Nick answers the phone. Every guest, every time.
Founder-operated short-term rental management in Big Sky, Bozeman, Ennis, and Belgrade. Superhost on every listing. Flat 25%, all-in.

If you can't get your manager on the phone, you already know why you're reading this.
You signed up with a national operator because you wanted your property run well. What you got was a ticket number and a call center that takes four days to fix a broken dishwasher.
The guests notice. The reviews show it. So does the payout.
Snowy Peaks is built for owners who are done with that.
How Snowy Peaks is different from a national operator.
The founder handles every guest.
Nick personally responds to every message, every call, every issue — across nine properties. No call center. No outsourcing. No account manager who learned your property from a Google Doc.
Flat 25%. All-in.
One number. No layered fees, no marketing surcharges, no line items for things a manager should already be doing.
Superhost on every listing.
Not most. Every one. Airbnb takes Superhost away when you slip on response time or review scores — and we haven't.
Algorithm-informed. Human-decided.
Wheelhouse gives us the market data. Nick makes the pricing calls — because the algorithm doesn't know when Big Sky Resort announces a new lift.
$30,000net to the owner. One winter.
Yellowtail is a 4-bedroom home in Big Sky's Meadow Village, directly on the Arnold Palmer-designed Big Sky Resort golf course. Lone Peak view, private sauna, Nordic ski access from the back door.
In its first winter season under Snowy Peaks management, it paid its owner $30,000 net — after commission and cleaning fees.

Nine Montana short-term rentals, one manager, one phone number.
Snowy Peaks manages nine properties across Big Sky, Bozeman, Ennis, and Belgrade. Every listing is Superhost-rated. Portfolio revenue grew 40% from year one to year two — because when one person runs the operation, pricing and guest experience stay tight across every listing.

Who's Nick?
Nick Elisseos learned the short-term rental business inside two of the largest operators in Big Sky before founding Snowy Peaks. Ten years in global marketing and 55 Airbnb stays across the world came before that — he knows what guests actually want because he's been that guest.
When he left the big operators, several owners chose to continue working with him directly. Those relationships are still the foundation of Snowy Peaks today.
Bozeman-based. Superhost on every stay. Still the one who picks up the phone.
